Shipping policy

Orders will ship within 1-4 business days of the date of purchase or 1-3 weeks if item is on pre-order or personalized. As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order with tracking information.

(Note: These timelines do not apply to Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the Sale seasons).

Pre-order shipping dates are subject to delays. Pre-orders are not eligible for cancellation or refunds Please note that if you purchase a pre-order item with an in-stock item, it will ship when all pieces are available.

 

Yes, we ship internationally! All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of the order directly on your package. It is the sole discretion of customs agents to release your package. We are not held liable for any customs fees in your country, holding times, or delays and fees due to incorrect shipping information provided.
